Folks are responsible for any towing costs resulting from vehicle misuse, unauthorized parking, running out of charge, or situations that could have reasonably been avoided during their reservation.

If a vehicle requires towing due to an accident, mechanical issue, or other circumstance, please contact our team before arranging service whenever possible. If it is an after-hours situation, the customer is responsible for all towing.

Unauthorized towing charges may be the responsibility of the member.
